GAMEPLAY VIDEOS GUIDELINE

We promote the broadcast and posting gameplay videos by “shoot’em up” fans

We would like to thank you for playing our games.
Cave Co., Ltd. is very pleased to see the broadcast and posting of gameplay videos by people who love our games that we have released to the world.

In order to make our games and gameplay videos accessible to as many people as possible, we have established the following guidelines.
Please read the following guidelines before streaming or posting gameplay footage (videos and screenshots).
These guidelines will be updated as needed, so please be sure to refer to the latest guidelines before distributing or posting new gameplay videos.

Please note that these guidelines are operated for personal users who are playing the game in a legitimate manner.
For business-related purposes, please contact us from the inquiry form.

  1. Individual customers can post gameplay footage (video and images) of games which Cave owns the copyright on websites, social media, and streaming platforms on the internet. We will not prohibit using capture boards and streaming software (such as OBS) for recording and streaming gameplay.
  2. Individual customers can monetize by streaming and posting gameplay videos by using the systems provided by video streaming services such as YouTube, Twitch within the guidelines of each platform.
  3. The copyright of any video of game play posted by an individual customer belongs to Cave or a legitimate rights holder.
  4. We prohibit uploading content that does not include commentary made by you, the customer, including videos of media samplings from various games (video, music, sounds, designs, etc.),.
  5. In case a problem arises with a third party, such as another customer, regarding the streaming or posting of gameplay videos or images, Cave will not be held responsible in any way.
  6. We prohibit posting anything illegal or inappropriate, slander of any kind, copyright and other such violations of third-party usage policies or rights, as well as the portrayal and/or promotion of illegal activities., or bringing disrepute to any of Cave's brands, products or titles.
  7. In cases where Cave sees it necessary, we will request any gameplay content to be removed and will expect all parties involved to proceed in accordance with any such demands. In addition, we ask that you please be aware that in cases where we've determined that copyright infringement has been committed, we will demand the appropriate compensation for any damages suffered.
  8. Cave reserves the right to change these Guidelines at any time and for any reason, and please be sure to follow such changes. Otherwise specified by Cave, any changes to these Guidelines will be posted on the website and will constitute notice to you. Please note that any changes will be effective immediately upon posting here.
  9. "Cave's copyrighted games" are listed below. For detailed rules on the streaming and posting of gameplay videos from games not listed below such as ported games by third parties, please follow the guidelines and policies set forth by the respective rights-holding companies. Please note that Cave will not respond to any inquiries regarding the location of rights.
